The heart of the SEG America organization is in the local groups. Local Group Organizers keep in contact with other owners and enthusiasts in his/her area and organize social activities such as regular club meetings, group glides, and SegwayPolo matches. The local groups will also take part in dealing with local regulatory issues.

The national organization will help local groups form by providing guidance and support. SA will help local groups get organized and certified to be able to provide their members a better Segway HT ownership experience. And through the Local Group Coordinator, a more interactive community.

Members of SEG America will be able to vote on club issues, volunteer to run a local group, and be an officer in the national’s Executive Board.
