Segway Owners
How many of use have had the experience of needing to be somewhere and dreading the trip? You might have a health condition that makes moving difficult, be in a hurry to get from your office building to the one across your corporate campus, or be an urban commuter looking for a better way to travel the two miles to work. Segway owners know that there is a two-wheeled solution to all these problems. They have discovered a machine that will quickly and almost effortlessly move them from Point A to Point B. Segway owners are a varied group of people, who use their machines for many different purposes.
Older people or those with chronic health conditions like arthritis or emphysema might have one so they can move around their house and go shopping more easily. Arthritis patients do not have to suffer the pain of moving around so much, those with lung conditions to not have to struggle to breathe, and even those with a temporary injury can retain their independence while they recuperate. Someone working in one of a complex of office buildings might have one to move around the campus, attending meetings or providing support to other employees. Or a resident of a large city might have one to make their commute a little easier, avoiding the problems of driving but having the freedom of a personal vehicle. There are even people who use their Segways for recreation, playing polo or exploring on them. The uses for Segways are as varied as the people who own them.
