SEG America’s Comments Regarding the Voluntary Segway PT Recall of Sept. 14, 2006

The Segway PT user community would like to express our support of this latest voluntary recall to improve the safety of the Segway PT and encourage all owners to have their machines upgraded to the latest firmware revision. We applaud Segway Inc. for continuously improving their products’ safety and do not see the latest recall as a major concern for owners who operate their machines within the recommended parameters set by the manufacturer.
