Financials. The 2005 Tax forms have been completed

Local Groups – Interest has been expressed in Central Florida and Arizona; both groups are now working with SA’s Local Group Coordinator Ko, to develop the SEGS.

By-Laws are now in the hands of the lawyers for review, with an expected review date after 3/27/06

Segway Inc. has authorized to give SA a stipend for 2006, to be used for both the organization and SegwayfesT

SegwayfesT 2006 – Long Beach CA, Coast Hotel is being considered, with back ups of two downtown Marriott’s in Down town Long Beach. Contracts are waiting to be signed, pending meeting space availability.

An International Segway Enthusiasts Group. More discussion is needed by the board on a worldwide enthusiast group and it’s impact on SEG America.

SegwayfesT 2007 – SA will now focus on what is next for fesT, and to get the ball rolling now for 2007.
