Bay Area SEG SegwayPolo
Matches have been confirmed between New Zealand and Bay Area SEG on February 18 and 19. Other teams, such as China, have indicated interest, but their participation is not yet confirmed.
Trophy – WOZ Challenge Cup. Winning team will keep Cup for 1 year, until the next tournament. Motion raised and passed to sponsor Cup. The SEG America logo will be on the Cup

Executive Board Meetings for 2006
Leaders of local SEGs are invited to participate in Executive Board meetings. Anyone interested should contact Alex Ko

Bylaws
Karl reviewed the current status of the draft by-laws with the board. Discussion by the Bylaws committee will continue apart from regular Executive Board meetings, with the goal of completing the draft by March and presenting the bylaws to the membership for approval in April.

Elections
Schedule for 2006 elections will released by 2/1.

SegwayFest
Selection committee is comprised of Stan Dobrowski, Chris Johnson, John Grohol and Dick Segar. Locations that have indicated interest in hosting the event and/or submitted proposals include: Akron OH; Brussels Belgium; Cleveland OH; Columbus, OH, Cooper Colorado; Los Angeles CA; Milwaukee WI; Pismo Beach CA; San Antonio TX; Sarasota FL
Committee to review proposals and select destination by April 2006.
