Karl Sagal requested that the Executive Board members review and comment the draft-bylaws he sent to everyone.

SegwayFest 2006
The following locations have expressed interest in hosting a SegwayFest in their area in 2006:
Akron, OH
Copper MT, CO
San Antonio, TX
In order encourage local SEG’s to host a SegwayFest, the executive board will post a Request for Proposal on the SEG America website.

The board did not approve a request made by the SegwayNYNY group to provide a link from the SEG America website to their website and chat forum.
SEG America mailing on behalf of local groups
Upon request, SEG America will send out emails on behalf of the local SEGs to announce upcoming events. The board voted to formalize the request process and require that all requests for emails be submitted to SEG America in writing at least 2 weeks before the requested transmission date for review by the Executive board
