Alex continued contacting the local groups.
There is a pending ban on Segway use in both the street and sidewalk in Emeryville, CA. Alex is working with Matt Dalida of Segway LLC and local owners, who will testify at the hearing.

Will updated the board with the current status of the event.
Fred updated the board with the status of the DRAFT presentation of Segways to disabled servicemen.
